founded in June of 2001 to insure that its founder and partners
would reach their specific financial goals. Faires Investment
Trust is a small entity specializing in various real
estate investments in three different states. FIT is primarily
focused on residential town homes and single family homes in
Phoenix Arizona. We strive to maintain high standards and
